The Strap Tailor Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase/s you can return them to us for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt. Returned items need to be in the original condition and packaging, and must not have been mounted to the watch and worn. Refunds will be issued on receipt of the returned goods (minus shipping)
Please ensure all items are returned using a signed for service to confirm receipt. Any items sent without proof of delivery are at the buyers risk
Return postage at the expense of the buyer
We cannot accept returns when:
1. Straps have been visibly worn, damaged, marked, or are smelling of aftershave or smoke etc. Leather should not be exposed to water as you will damage the construction and it will likely shrink so please be mindful of this, none of our leather products should be swam or showered in.
2. You ordered a bespoke strap or modified a stock strap to your requirements. These are non-stock items that we are unable to resell due to the nature of a bespoke order. Bespoke orders are final.
All product/s are the full responsibility of the customer until they have arrived back to The Strap Tailor. Buyer assumes responsibility for return postage
As all straps are handmade there can be minor tolerances in length when working with leather and canvas. These are all hand cut and therefore these tolerances can occur within a small margin +/- 2-3 mm
Returning an item:
Leathers can vary slightly in colour from images on the website. Each hide or skin is unique and tanning can vary from one to the other. We aim to ensure as much consistency as possible but this is a natural expectation when working with leather
