Chevre goatskin leather from Alran tannery is a wonderful and buttery soft finish that is a joy to wear on the wrist. Immediately comfortable on the wrist and it possesses a texture that exudes quality. Chevre is equally at home on a luxury timepiece as it is on a vintage 50's watch - super versatile
The texture of Chevre is light grain with a slightly pebbled texture but soft to the touch. The texture you find with goatskin is natural and not embossed like you find on some calfskin leathers like Epsom. Medium to high resistance to water and scratches
