Handmade leather watch straps, ready to ship
Our ready to wear range takes the leathers our customers love most and makes them up in the most popular sizes, so you can have a handmade strap on your wrist in days rather than weeks. If you need an unusual width, length or colour combination, our Strap Designer lets you build a strap made to your exact specification.
Our leathers
Italian vegetable-tanned calfskin - Several of our straps are cut from pure vegetable-tanned leather from Badalassi Carlo in Tuscany, our all-time favourite tannery. Their Wax, Pueblo and fine pin-grain leathers deepen in colour and build a rich patina the more you wear them. Buttero from Conceria Walpier is another Italian classic, used the world over for fine leather goods, and it ages just as beautifully. Browse our full calfskin range.
Ostrich shin - Our ostrich shin watch straps are among our most popular. They're cut from the scaled skin of the ostrich's leg, sourced from some of the best exotic tanneries in the world. The natural scale pattern means no two straps look quite the same, and the leather is supple and comfortable from day one. It works as well on a dress watch as it does on a diver or a vintage chronograph.
Embossed crocodile - An embossed crocodile watch strap is the quickest way to dress up a watch. We press quality calfskin with a crocodile pattern, which gives you the classic look at a more accessible price and makes for an ethical choice, without the care demands of an exotic skin. It comes in a standard profile, a slimline version for thinner watches, and a matte padded finish with more depth.
Waxy pull-up leathers - Horween Chromexcel and our Art Wax leather are rich in oils and waxes that shift when the strap flexes, lightening at the bends and giving each strap its own character over time. Light scuffs can usually be buffed out with a thumb.
Smooth and structured calfskin - Barenia from the Haas tannery in France has a smooth, refined finish and a long history in luxury leather goods. Our French calfskin is hard-wearing with a very light visible grain, and it suits vintage and modern watches equally well. Epsom and Saffiano both have a pressed grain that holds its shape and stands up well to daily wear. That makes them a smart choice for an everyday watch.
French goatskin - From the renowned Alran tannery, Sully goatskin is buttery soft and comfortable from the first wear. PatNat, a Nigerian goatskin, has a more rustic, characterful texture. See the goatskin collection.
Nubuck - Nubuck has a short, even nap and a soft, velvety feel, and it quickly becomes a customer favourite. Take a look at our nubuck straps.
